We will provide to you a schedule of when the payments must be made to the owner/developer and all the parties at contract signing: Lawyers, funds transfer agent, taxes, mortgage adviser and real estate agent 

We negotiate with the seller on your behalf to get the best price, terms, timelines and bonuses/sweeteners and craft an offer that aligns with your needs and the market.

 You sign a non-binding registration form (for projects on paper) or make an offer (existing properties), including payment timelines and amounts. You will also sign a brokerage agreement with Nachala Advisers for the specific property so your rights around the offer are protected 

 Congratulations! You’ve successfully navigated the process and are now in contract. This is a pivotal moment that brings you closer to your new home. During this stage we oversee the entire process to get to contract signing and resolve any questions that may arise
